The awarded Contract, (hereinafter referred to as Contract) will be between the County and awarded Bidder, (hereinafter referred to as Contractor) in accordance with the model contract terms, conditions and scope of work. OCPW Central Utility Facility (CUF) provides various combinations of steam, cooling water, and electrical power to over twenty County, City, State, and Federal facilities in the Santa Ana Civic Center Campus. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment and permits required to provide maintenance and repair services on plant Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) equipment. Covered equipment listed in section IV.B. Contractor is to provide all labor, tools, equipment, parts and material required to provide Variable Frequency Drive Maintenance and Repair to all VFDs at OCPW CUF. Preventative maintenance will be on an annual basis and repairs will be made on an "as-needed".
