Electronic Waste Collection and Recycling Services Annual requirements for Electronic Waste Collection and Recycling in accordance with specifications listed below, effective for the period through December 31, 2027, with option to renew for two (2) additional one year periods. The selected firm must be approved by the State of CT Department of Energy and Environmental Protection ("DEEP) as a Covered Electronic recycler ("CER"), in accordance with C.G.S. 22a-638-1(b). The successful bidder shall not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, religion, gender, or national origin. The Contractor will take affirmative action to ensure that applicants are employed, and that employees are treated during employment without regard to their race, color, religion, gender, or national origin.
