Construct irrigation and drainage improvements to accommodate construction of a multi-lane roundabout at the intersection of Farmway & Ustick Roads in Canyon County, Idaho. Work includes installation of 620 LF 60" RCP culvert, cast-inplace headwalls, 19,400 C.Y. embankment fill, 1,122 S.Y. castin-place concrete canal liner, miscellaneous irrigation structures and associated work. It is the intent of these documents to describe the work required to complete this project in sufficient detail to secure comparable bids. All parts or work not specifically mentioned which are necessary in order to provide a complete installation shall be included in the bid and shall conform to all Local, State and Federal requirements. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Instructions to Bidders For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, cashier's check or cash in the amount of 5% of the amount of the bid proposal. Said bid security shall be forfeited to the Highway District No. 4 as liquidated damages should the successful bidder fail to enter into contract in accordance with their proposal as specified in the Instructions to Bidders.
