As of February 26, 2025, project was awarded to Thueson Construction Inc.but awarded amount is not available. Notus Road Intersection The Project includes the following work: Remove existing asphalt and curb and gutter on Notus Road between UPRR and US26. Replace with new concrete pavement and curb and gutter. Project includes approach asphalt and curb and gutter removal and construction of new curb and gutter and concrete pavement. It is the intent of these documents to describe the work required to complete this project in sufficient detail to secure comparable bids. All parts or work not specifically mentioned which are necessary in order to provide a complete installation shall be included in the bid and shall conform to all Local, State and Federal requirements. Owner reserves the right to accept the bids and award a contract to the lowest responsible bidder based on the base bid schedule; to postpone the acceptance of the bid and award of the contract for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days; or to reject any and all the bids received and further advertise the project for bids. The base bid will be awarded to only one contractor. The Owner may reject any bid not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, and may reject, for good cause, any or all bids upon the fining of the Owner it is in the public interest to do so.
