Site work for a water / sewer project in Caldwell, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As part of the City of Caldwell's 2025, South Florida Ave. Sewer Trunk Line project, connecting to existing sewer and installing approximately 4,700 LF of 21" Sewer pipe at a depth of approximately 17' south of Ustick Rd. on Florida Ave. and connecting to existing sewer pipe near Homedale Rd. Construction will include testing of sewer trunk line as well as trench cut detail and compaction requirements per R-303 City of Caldwell standard drawing. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check in the amount of 5% of the total bid, which will be forfeited to the City if the bidder fails to enter into the contract. Checks of unsuccessful bidders will be returned immediately following the award of the contract or 30 days after opening, if no award is made. All contractors submitting bids are required to have a valid Idaho Public Works License and to include the number on their submitted Bid. Payment and Performance Bonds equal to the bid amount are required upon award of Contract. A bid bond, certified check or cashier's check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid and in favor of the Owner shall accompany the proposal. The City reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any and all bids not in the best interest of the City. Question Deadline 01/17/2025 at 5:00 PM MT
