Closing Time: 4:30 PM (NT) Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/12/11 04:00:00 PM AST The Rigolet Inuit Community Government (RICG) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced professionals (the Proponent) to provide a detailed design and construction support for municipal upgrades, including water system upgrades and parking lot upgrades. The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit bids for an individual or firm (the Consultant) to complete a review of existing conditions (including a site visit), and provide recommendations, detailed design services, and tendering and construction support for the water system and parking lot upgrades. Water system upgrades involves replacement of water monitoring instrumentation, isolation valve installation, hydrant huts (protections from environemntal conditions), as well as 2 parking lot upgrades. Commercial General Liability in an amount not less than $1,000,000.00 inclusive per occurrence against bodily injury, personal injury and property damage and including liability assumed under this Agreement and this insurance must (i) include the Rigolet Inuit Community Government as an additional insured, (ii) be endorsed to provide the Rigolet Inuit Community Government with 30 days advance written notice of cancellation or material change, and (iii) include a cross liability clause..
