Bids for furnishing and installing a new high efficiency HVAC system at the Fire Department for the Town of Wellfleet, MA. Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Doc Notes: To request a bid packet with specifications please contact Jay.Norton@wellfleet-ma.gov . This scope of work shall be performed including permits, demolition mechanical, condensate drain plumbing modifications, line and low voltage electrical work involved. Start up and testing of the new equipment shall be included. e. The new HVAC equipment are each to be labeled. All new ducts, pipes and valves are to be labeled and tagged. Mark the side of the ERV-1 and each VRF terminal unit with the air filter quantity and size and recommended service interval. Mark each unit with a label showing the electrical panel and circuit numbers powering the unit. Affix a label (with 26 point font or larger lettering) on the side of the ERV unit indicating: The air filter(s) is recommended to be cleaned or replaced every 3 (three) months or as required to ensure efficient operation.
