Automatic Air Release Valves 5. Flush Hydrants Crocker Road Project Area 1. 12,000 LF of 6" C900 PIPE 2. Gate Valves 3. Automatic Air Release Valves 4. Flush Hydrants The Contractor is Hereby Advised That Time is of the Essence on This Project and That the Contract Time Of 100 Consecutive Calendar Days Total and Noted Restrictions Shall Be Strictly Observed. Liquidated Damages Will Be Assessed if Contract Time is Exceeded. The Contractor May Apply for an Extension of Time in Accordance With the Provisions of the Contract; However, Such an Extension Must Be Approved Prior to the Contract Completion Date to Avoid the Imposition of Liquidated Damages The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality in any bid, and to accept any bid considered advantageous to the Owner. The Contractor shall note that funds for this project are provided through DWSRF (Drinking Water State Revolving Funds). All Applicable Federal Guidelines must be met. There will be no Pre-Bid meeting. ** Doc info : No refunds will be made except to bidding Suppliers, who shall be refunded for one bid set.
