As of August 19, 2025, this project is under construction. contract for the site work phase of the new outfield building to be constructed at Toyota Field. The contracting work for this project will be bid in two phases- site work and general construction. This bid advertisement only applies to the site work portion of the project. Each bidder is responsible for mailing or hand delivering its bid so that it will be received at the above address and location at or before the time of the specified bid opening; bids received after that time will not be considered. This project consists of selective demolition and excavation of a roughly 8,000 sf area in preparation for a future outfield building addition to the existing Madison Multi-Purpose Facility located at 500 Trash Panda Way. The project also includes the relocation of existing underground utilities within the footprint of excavation, including electrical conduit for site and field lighting, data and low voltage/fiber lines, and irrigation lines. A temporary pedestrian access scaffolding and stair will also be installed to provide the required stadium egress which bypasses the construction zone. The expected completion date is May 2, 2025.
