The Base Bid for This Project Consists of (a) Widening of the Existing Maecille Drive Section To a Two-lane Roadway Section East of the Intersection of Segers Road Extending to Madison Branch Blvd., (B) Widening Of Segers Road to a Three-lane Roadway at the Intersection of Maecille Drive, and (C) Construction of a Five-foot-wide Sidewalk Located on the North Side of Maecille Drive. Existing Pavement Will Be Removed and Reconstructed. Storm Water Infrastructure Will Be Installed as Part of This Project. Additive Alternate 1 Consists of Installation Of Storm Water Infrastructure on Board of Education Property to Provide Continuation of Storm Water System. Developer Determination on Installation is to Be Made on 3/31/2025. If Developer Installs This Portion of the Storm Water System, Completion Of Storm Water Outfall is Anticipated by August 1, 2025. No Pre-qualification is Required for This Project. The Project Includes All Work Items Necessary to Complete the Project Including Clearing and Grubbing, Stripping Topsoil, Unclassified Excavation, Storm Drainage, Gravel Bedding, Concrete Sidewalk, and Sodding. Tree Removal for Utility Relocation is Also Part of This Project. The Project Must Conform to Ada Requirements. Contractor Must Always Provide Access to Residents. Mutcd Standards Fortraffic Control Are Required. Working Hours Are 7:00am7:00pm. The Project Must Be Completed by June 1, 2026.
