The project includes the reconditioning of the Quinn 5MG water storage tank, minor repairs to the tank's shell and roof, and removal of the float level indicator. The project site is connected to an access road off the northern side of Water Hill Road. A summary of the work items is included below: 1. Complete reconditioning of Quinn 5,000,000 gallon water storage tank with protective coatings. 2. Removal and Disposal of the Tank's Float Level Indicator. 3. The removal and installation of 24 gauge mesh on the tank's roof vent and overflow. 4. Removal and replacement of caulk between the tank's shell plate and ringwall. 5. Repair of penetrations in the tank with welded steel plate(s). The undersigned, as Bidder, shall agree to a Notice to Proceed Date of November 1, 2025. TIME OF COMPLETION. The work to be performed under this Contract shall be commenced within 10 calendar days after the date on which the Notice to Proceed is issued. The work shall be Substantially Complete within 150 calendar days after the date on which the Notice to Proceed is issued, and Final Completion of the work shall be achieved within 180 days after the date on which the Notice to Proceed is issued, subject only to such extensions of time as may be expressly authorized by provisions of the Contract Documents. The Notice to Proceed will be issued for November 1, 2025. *The bid list for this project may be incomplete.
