Mowing/edging, Bed Maintenance, Leaf/limb Removal, Litter/trash Management, Pruning, Fire Ant Control, and Irrigation Maintenance/repair for Certain Rights-of-way and City-owned Properties for a Term of Twelve (12) Months Subject to Two (2) Renewals of Said Term, the Length of Total Contract Award Not to Exceed Three (3) Years. All Work is to Be Performed Per the General and Technical Specifications and Plans Contained in the Invitation to Bid Packet, Which Can Be Obtained at Www.madisonal.gov Under the Open Bids Tab at No Charge. Each Bidder is Responsible for Mailing or Hand Delivering Its Bid So That It Will Be Received at the Above Address at or Before the Time of the Specified Bid Opening; Bids Received After That Time Will Not Be Considered. To Be Eligible for Award, Submitted Bids Must Be Completed on Original Bid Forms Provided in the Bid Packet and May Not Be Faxed or Emailed. No Prequalification is Required for This Project.
