Pleasant Campus New Event Center Project. Pending approval of the College Board of Trustees, this RFP seeks a construction management team to be the Construction Manager/Constructor for all phases of the Mt. Pleasant Campus New Event Center Project. The scope that is described in this RFP is preliminary and may be changed as a result of the final plan and budget approved by the Board of Trustees.
