This project is located on Winter Nell Circle and within Rogue Valley Country Club golf course east of Jack Nicklaus Road. Pay items include, but are not limited to the following: 1 each construction entrance - type 3; 60 cubic yards of general excavation; 900 square yards of subgrade geotextile; 610 tons stone embankment; 120 cubic yards of rock excavation; 50 feet of 4 inch sanitary sewer pipe; 657 feet of 12 inch sanitary sewer pipe; 462 feet 15 inch sanitary sewer pipe; 9 each concrete sanitary sewer manholes; 180 square yards of trench resurfacing; 750 square yards of 1-1/2 inches deep cold plane pavement removal; 105 tons of level 2, 1/2 ACP; 1,700 square feet concrete driveways, reinforced. Completion date: March 18th, 2025, for the Rogue Valley Country Club phase and April 18 th ,2025, for Winter Nell Circle phase. Cost Range: $300,000 - $800,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check equivalent to 10% of the proposal payable to the City of Medford, to guarantee that if a proposal is accepted, a contract will be entered into and its performance secured.
