The Mayor and Board of Alderman of the Town of Hickory Flat, Mississippi, will receive Quotes for land preparation and building a metal building (size: 50 X 100 X 16) with a gable extension (50 X 20), total building size will be (50 X 120 X 16). Roof slope of 2:12, one regular roll up door (size: 10 X 10), six store front windows (size: 3 X 6), and two metal entry doors, with said building being constructed on a concrete slab (size: 50 X 120), being fully finished inside and insulated, with a kitchen, two bathrooms, storage room, along with all the lighting in the building and heating/air central units. All materials needed to erect, stabilize, and complete said building will be required. Some welding may be required for installation. Quotes may be submitted or mailed to Hickory Flat Town Hall, located at 225 West Spruce Street/PO BOX 479, Hickory Flat, Mississippi 38633. This is a lump sum quote. The Contractor shall enter his price forthe complete project. The quote price shall be full compensation for all labor, material, and equipment and cleanup. Quotes must be submitted only on proposed sheet in its entirety. Any quotes submitted less than this will be an irregular quote and will not be considered.
