City of Richfield Wood Lake Nature Center Request for Qualifications (Rfq) the City of Richfield and Its Construction Manager (Mortenson) Are Seeking to Prequalify Contractors for Participation in Bidding Related to Construction of the New Woodlake Nature Center Building Project Which Will Replace the Existing Nature Center for the City of Richfield. This New 18,000 Sf Building Will Meet the Needs of the Growing Number of Visitors and Students That Utilize This Community Building. After the deadline for responses to this RFQ, the City and Mortenson will establish a list of qualified firms based on approved selection criteria, which will be available for review via the website identified below. Contractors approved to be included on the list will have the opportunity to competitively bid on contract work for the project.
