** As of today February 20 ,2025 this project was awarded to Davey Resource Group with the amount of $172,011.42. The work described herein may be contracted in full or by individual section at the Owner's sole discretion. The work described herein consists of site preparation; furnishing, transporting, and installing all seeds, plant materials, and other materials as required for the restoration and establishment of native plant communities; installation of necessary erosion control improvements; management of planting areas; and such additional, extra and incidental work as may be necessary to complete the work in accordance with the plans and specifications. The Contractor shall furnish all required materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals, unless otherwise provided in the specifications or plans. The bid includes two years of maintenance, final completion date is December 31, 2026.
