Chiller Replacement at Glenforest SS and Turner Fenton South SS. The selected respondent will be requested to enter into a contract for the provision of the Deliverables on the terms and conditions set out in the Form of Agreement (Appendix A) (the Agreement). It is the Board's intention to enter into a contract with one (1) legal entity per location. The term of the contract is to be for a period of Date of Award to May 1, 2025.
