The City of Nelsonville Seeks Proposals From Qualified Firms (Supplier) Interested in Providing Services to Retrofit an Existing Scada Control Panel at the Water Treatment Plant. Work Shall Includeevaluation of the Existing Control Panel, Generation of Detail Designdrawings Showing Proposed Modification to the Panel, Removal Ofcontrol Panel Equipment as Required to Perform the Upgrades, Installation of New/proposed Components to the Existing Panel, Generation of as-built Drawings Upon Completion of Work, and Start Upservices. Firms Shall Be Responsible for the Design, and Will Ensurea Complete, Functioning System That Will Operate Seamlessly Withthe Ancillary Equipment Currently Installed. The Retrofit Shall Include, at a Minimum, the Following Components: 1) Quantity of Five (5) Abb Cm50 Analog Controllers 2) Quantity of Three (3) Abb Rvg200 Digital Recorders 3) Quantity of Three (3) Aquamatic Nxt Stagers (for the Softeners) 4) Quantity of Four (4) Precision Digital Pd6000-6r7 Controllers 5) Quantity of Two (2) Water Filter Control Panels Supplier Shall Remove the Existing Control Panel Equipment,transport and Install All New Components Required for the Retrofit,install Pre-wire Pigtail Wiring, and Return the Upgraded Controlpanel Equipment to the Water Treatment Plant. Installation of Theupgraded Control Panel Equipment Will Be the Responsibility of The city of Nelsonville. Supplier Shall Perform Start Up Services Once Installation by Thecity is Complete. Start Up Shall Be Provided in Such a Way to Minimize the Impact to Operations and Shall Be Coordinated With Plantpersonnel. A Schedule Shall Be Provided to the Plant for Approvalprior to Start Up Services Being Performed. At No Time Shall the Treatment Process Be Taken Offline With the Explicit Permission From Thewater Plant. A Minimum of Three (3) Days of Start-up Services Shallbe Included With the Bid Price.
