A. Labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the installation of one (1) new commercial duty vinyl sectional overhead door complete with all related hardware and the following benefits (1) Remove and dispose of existing damaged roll-up door (2) Install one (1) commercial duty steel roll-up door with a tan finish on exterior; door approximately 14' x 14', final door measurements to be determined by contractor and agreed upon with the CM prior to ordering. (3) Connect new roll-up door to existing automatic door operator and ensure full operation as designed. (4) Galvanized steel aircraft grade cables (5) Precision engineered springs for dependable, long-lasting operation (6) Steelball veering safety rollers (7) Inside slide lock for security (8) Weather-strip on the bottom of the door for proper seal (9) Check/test door in presence of CM/ACM in order to ensure door and operator are properly working (10) Provide CM/ACM with all door manufacturer's warranty and service paperwork (11) Clean-up work site daily and remove any job related debris The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary for the Roll Up Door Repair - Lathrop Armory located at Lathrop Armory, 400 Roth Road, Lathrop, CA 95336. Work to include: The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the installation of one (1) new commercial duty vinyl sectional overhead door complete with all related hardware.. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Prospective bidders MUST sign-in prior to the start of the pre-bid job walk, attend the entire pre-bid job walk and be present for roll call at the conclusion of the pre-bid job walk. Bidders who do not remain for the entire pre-bid job walk will be considered non-responsive and will not be allowed to bid on this project. The prime contractor MUST possess a type C-61 Limited Specialty Classification license, or subcontract to one. If an addendum is necessary, it will be issued prior to the Bid Opening.
