Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Londonderry, Vermont. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.

Scope and Background: Through this RFP FPR is seeking to: The Caretaker's house at Lowell Lake State Park is a wood framed building approximately 61'x29' with a corrugated metal roof which has reached the end of its life span. The Department of Forests, Parks, & Recreation (FPR) is seeking a roofing contractor to remove and replace the existing roof with new standing seam roofing. Additional work related to the installation will be required and is outlined in the scope of work (SOW) below. Contract Period: The State anticipates the start date will be: 04/01/2025 Question Deadline 12/09/2024 Any bidder requiring clarification of any section of this RFP or wishing to comment on any requirement of the RFP must submit specific questions, in writing, no later than the deadline for questions indicated above. Questions or comments not raised, in writing, on or before the last day of the Q&A period are thereafter waived. At the close of the question period a copy of all questions or comments and the State's response will be provided to each bidder.
