Completion Date: Oct. 15, 2025 Remove exisitng culvert and replace with new 32' span precast concrete bridge. for the construction of the Town of Vershire Mero Road Bridge improvements, including the construction of precast bridge culvert, roadway and miscellaneous and appurtenant construction. Each BID must be accompanied by a CERTIFIED CHECK made payable to the OWNER for FIVE PERCENT (5%) of the total amount of the BID. A BID BOND may be used in lieu of a certified check. Question Deadline 12/12/2024 All questions by prospective BIDDERS as to the interpretations of the INFORMATION FOR BIDDERS, Forms of PROPOSAL, Form of CONTRACT, Plans, Specifications or BONDS, must be submitted in writing to the ENGINEER, at least seven (7) days before the date herein set for the opening of BIDS. An interpretation will be mailed by certified mail with return receipt requested to prospective BIDDERS at the addresses given by them no later than five (5) days before the date of opening BIDS. The OWNER shall provide to BIDDERS prior to BIDDING, all information which is pertinent to, and delineates and describes, the land owned and rights-of-way acquired or to be acquired.
