The Town of Dauphin Island Alabama, is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors for Disaster Debris Removal, Disposal and Reduction Services. No proposal will be considered unless the proposer, whether resident or non-resident of Alabama, is properly qualified to submit a proposal for this type of work in accordance with all applicable laws of the State of Alabama. In addition, non-residents of the State, if a corporation, shall show evidence of having qualified with the Secretary of State to do business in the State of Alabama. Prospective contractors must make their own estimates of the facilities and difficulties related to the performance of the proposal, including local conditions, uncertainty of weather, and all other contingencies The Town of Dauphin Island, Alabama, will not furnish any labor, materials, or supplies unless specifically provided in the proposal document. The Town of Dauphin Island reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. The Town is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
