This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for non-commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 36, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and no other written solicitation will not be issued. Instructions to offerors, (FAR Part 36) evaluation criteria, and all applicable FAR Provisions and Clauses are attached. This solicitation will result in a Firm-Fixed Price Construction Contract awarded to the offeror with the Lowest Price. The U.S. Coast Guard Contractor shall demo and repair the duty room bathrooms in the main building of Station Dauphin Island. Each bathroom consists of approximately 26 SQFT vanity area and 30 SQFT bathroom area.
