The scope of work for this project includes but is not limited to the following: - Design: Provide a comprehensive sprinkler system design that meets local and state fire codes, insurance requirements, and the specific needs of the clubhouse. - Installation: Complete installation of the designed sprinkler system in accordance with industry standards, safety guidelines, and local building codes. Additional upgrades to fire panel and devices will be needed to ensure compatibility with new sprinkler system. Exterior water pipe will need to be installed to bring necessary water supply to the clubhouse for the new system. - Electrical Services: low and high voltage electrical services will be required for this project. - System Testing and Commissioning: Conduct thorough testing and commissioning of the installed sprinkler system to ensure full functionality and compliance with all regulations. - Documentation: Provide detailed documentation of the installed system, including asbuilt drawings, operating manuals, and any necessary certifications. - Training: Provide training for on-site personnel on the operation and maintenance of the sprinkler system. - Restoration: Drywall repairs will be needed upon installation of the sprinkler system. Painting will be required. Exterior landscaping will be required to repair lawn and garden beds damaged during pipe installation. The City of Lake Forest ("City") is seeking proposals for General Contracting services of the design, installation, and commissioning of a sprinkler system to be installed at Deerpath Golf Course, located at 500 W. Deerpath Road in Lake Forest, Illinois. The goal of this project is to ensure the clubhouse is equipped with a modern, efficient, and code-compliant sprinkler system to enhance fire protection measures.
