Cumberland County is seeking proposals from vendors to provide interactive wayfinding kiosks for the lobbies on two floors (one kiosk per floor) of the Cumberland County Courthouse. The kiosks will enhance user experience by providing directions, information, and services using natural language processing (NLP) technology. The solution should ensure accessibility, ease of use, and continuous learning capabilities to meet the evolving needs of both staff and visitors. The solution should be able to represent all departments within the County, to include NC Courts.
