The Town of Norton is seeking a proposal for engineering and environmental support to evaluate and assess potential drainage improvements and flooding solutions for Barrows Court, a town-operated and managed roadway. Please see the attached images, plans, and diagrams for reference to assist with understanding the severity of this request. The Highway Department has already removed a 400+/-foot section of corrugated metal pipe to lessen flow velocity restrictions from the existing drainage system (See attached images.) The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
