The Project involves Material and labor for installing 1-2000 gallon split fire guard tank on existing concrete pad including but not limited to emergency vents, tank gauges, electronic monitor, diesel dispenser, island termina, etc. (See specification and bid sheets) Project is generally described as: Material and labor for installing one 2000 gallon split fire guard tank on existing concrete pad including but not limited to emergency vents, tank gauges, electronic monitor, diesel dispenser, island termina, etc. The successful bidder must supply to the Township within 10 days of the award of the contract a performance bond in the amount of 100% of the contract amount. A BID BOND IS REQUIRED WITH EVERY SUBMISSION. This Bid Bond shall be 10% of the total bid. The Township Reserves the right to reject any or all bids submitted or any part thereof or item therein that may not be in the publics best interest. The Township also reserves the right to waive any defects, errors, omissions, irregularities or informalities in bids received.
