HABD seeks assistance from all interested contractors to perform unit turnaround/ vacancy make-ready tasks. Bids will be for each selected unit. The bid will price LABOR ONLY, and HABD will supply all equipment and materials. Before submitting the bid, a formal walk-through (site visit) will be conducted with members of HABD staff and contractor representatives. The need for material parts should be verified between parties as closely as possible to what will be needed to complete each unit's turnaround. The contractor will respond timely (within 48 hours of awarding work) to tasks issued to the unit or group units and perform the following but not limited to cleaning - removal of debris, cleaning appliances, floors, fixtures, etc.; painting; and repairs as specified on the checklist as provided by the Asset Manager / Regional Maintenance Supervisor or his or her designee. These units will be at a move-in ready status when completed and ready for the following residents to occupy once the units or units have been released back to management. (Note that each site task order has a start and completion time duration. This project's duration of completion may vary depending on bedroom size, condition, and number of unit assignments.) Question Deadline 12/20/2024 at 3:00 PM CT. Right to Reject, Waive, or Terminate the IFB. Reject any or all bids, to waive any informality in the IFB process, or to terminate the IFB process at any time, if deemed by the Agency to be in its best interests. Right to Reject - Obtaining Competitive Solicitation Documents. The eProcurement Marketplace is the appropriate venue to obtain the competitive solicitation documents (and any other information pertaining to the competitive solicitation such as addenda). Accordingly, by submitting a response to this competitive solicitation the respondent thereby affirms that he/she obtained all information on the eProcurement Marketplace. Any other group such as a bid depository that informs potential respondents of the availability of such competitive solicitations are hereby instructed to not distribute these documents to any such potential respondents, but to instruct the potential respondents to visit the eProcurement Marketplace to obtain the documents. The Agency may reject without consideration any response submitted from a firm that has not obtained the documents from the eProcurement Marketplace. Award company -SharaBo Associates LLC
