Site work for a water / sewer project in Ormond Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary for constructing the Sanitary Sewer PEP Tank Replacement The work consists of: excavation and removal of 30 damaged pep-tanks, install new peptank systems, and reconnect customers to the existing incoming and outgoing ends of the service lines. The City will supply materials for the project: 30 1,050 gallon PEP tanks, submersible pumps, check valves, and lids. The work is specified in the Project Manual. The deadline for submitting questions is December 13 at 4:00pm. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be submitted in writing to the Purchasing Coordinator via email to Rob.Hart@ormondbeach.org. Replies will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by ENGINEER as having received the Bidding Documents. Only questions answered by formal written Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
