Request for Qualifications for Hwy 60/Bus. 60 Entrance Project The Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma is requesting the submittal of qualifications for the design of a public entrance project located on SH-60 and Business 60 near Wyandotte, OK. This serves as an official public notice for Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for qualified Civil Engineering firms. RFQ questions can be directed to Justin Morehead, Roads Coordinator, at 918-666-5151x1045. The submittal should include in this order: Experience of the firm with respect to this type of project with similar size and scope. Experience of key individuals performing the work currently employed by you the firm. Timeline of when the firm can start the project. Include start date and approximately finish date for the design of the project. Number of projects completed utilizing federal monies. These projects should preferably have similar size and scope. The qualified firm will be selected based on these qualifications: Topographic Survey Soils Report Grading Plan Paving Plan and Design Storm Water Design Storm Water (SW3P) NEPA Analysis Knowledge of State of Oklahoma County Highway System Design Guidelines Firms will be notified for interviews once all RFQ's have been reviewed. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
