Reference Number : 0000369690 The County of Orange ("County") is seeking to retain the services of a qualified firm invites the submittal of proposals from qualified firms ("Offerors") interested in providing full services for contract management, operations, maintenance and repair services of the Village of Kiryas Joel 1) pump station, including associated diversion chamber, rag removal system, grinders, generator, flow meter and air reliefs, 2) force main and 3) sewage treatment plant, including associated headworks, primary, biological, secondary, tertiary, disinfection and post aeration unit processes, side stream, outfall and solid and liquid waste systems, associated infrastructure, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, instrumentation controls and appurtenances; ("V-KJ Facilities"). This Request for Proposals (RFP) has been issued by the County of Orange ("County") to provide firms with information to prepare and submit a detailed proposal that must satisfy all criteria established in this RFP to qualify for consideration. The goal of this RFP is to identify Offerors having the demonstrated experience and financial capability to effectively and efficiently assume the responsibilities outlined in this RFP. Offerors must demonstrate to the satisfaction of the County that they meet all the qualification requirements described herein.
