Site work for a water / sewer project in Monroe, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Work consists of the following: 1 . Installation of proposed underground utilities accounting for the presences of existing features that consists of the treatment building, raw water line leading to the oversized water main and the oversized water main; 2 . Site work; and 3 . Other associated work as indicated on the Drawings or elsewhere within the Contract Documents. The work consists of furnishing all labor, tools, equipment, and materials to install approximately 650 linear feet of 6-inch HDPE water main, 460 feet of Class 52 ductile iron water main and appurtenant work. All bids must be accompanied by a statement of Non-Collusion in accordance with Section 103 d of the General Municipal law, as amended. Bids must be submitted on official forms and in sealed envelopes and shall bear on the face thereof the name and address of the bidder, designation of the Well 32 Water Main Project as specified above and "Village of Kiryas Joel". Wage rates for this Project are subject to the minimum wage rates as per the Davis-Bacon and NYS prevailing wage rates schedules. The Village reserves the right to reject any/or all bids and to re-advertise for new bids. Bids shall be awarded in accordance with General Municipal Law &103. Contractor will be prohibited from working on the following days: - September 22, 2025 through September 24, 2025; - October 1, 2025 through October 2, 2025; and - October 6, 2025 through October 15, 2025
