Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Monroe, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
SCOPE OF WORK: The work consists of all labor, expenses, and materials necessary for the construction of the Millpond Parkway Sidewalk Repair in the Village of Monroe, New York as described in the Contract Plans and Technical Specifications. The Village of Monroe desires to construct a new walkway, landscaping and seating areas along the length of Millpond Parkway between Lake Street and Stage Road. Alternative bid forms are provided for additional seating areas at the South end of the walkway and adjacent to the existing spillway . Concrete Walkway - (10 FT. Width), Stamped Concrete Patio, Modular Block Wall , Modular Block Wall Cap, Pea Gravel - Tree Pits 4" Depth, Landscape Boulders - 2 FT x 4 FT x 3 FT, Handrail, Coir Log, Inlet Protection, Sediment Turbidity Curtain at Imbricated Stone Wall, Rough Grading (LOD Area - 31,122 SF), Fine Grading (5,000 SF Approx.), Fill at Wall Areas Each bid shall be accompanied by an acceptable form of Bid Guarantee in an amount equal to at least five (5) percent of the amount of the Bid payable to the Village of Monroe as a guarantee that if the Bid is accepted, the Bidder will execute the Contract and file acceptable Performance and Labor, Material Payment Bonds, and Certificate(s) of Insurance within ten (10) days after the award of the Contract.
