Construction is underway. Project Description: The project includes approximate 133,500 SF New Central Middle School Project. The overall project consists of the construction of a new building including gymnasium, auditorium, cafeteria and classroom spaces on the north portion of the site where existing fields are currently located. The existing building will be occupied until the new facility is complete and will be demolished once construction is finished. Construction will take place in phases to allow the existing facility to remain functioning. The final site work will include access lanes, parking, athletic fields, and necessary drainage, utilities, and connections. Following is a list of the bid packages. The Board of Education of the Town of Greenwich and Turner Construction Company reserve the right to waive the informalities in the bidding and/or reject any unqualified bids. Sealed bids submitted through mail or in person are due in accordance with the Invitation to Bid for the New Central Middle School located in Greenwich, CT.
