On behalf of the homeowner, Jaime Sumahit, the County of Humboldt ("County") is requesting quotes from qualified contractors to provide professional construction services for home repairs on a 1,000 square foot mobile home including, but not limited to: Replacement of deck flooring boards and stairs, Remove awnings Replace exterior sidings including window and door trim, Install new roofing, Master Bathroom replace shower with tub, new toilet, drywall repair as needed, floor repair Hall Bathroom - remove tub and replace with shower, replace vanity cabinet, new toilet, drywall repair as needed, electrical repair for vanity light, floor repair Kitchen replace kitchen hood, misc. cabinet repair Flooring - install new LVP flooring approx. 750 sq. feet, remove existing flooring, floor preparation Electrical re-wire dwelling and install new outlets and switches Drywall - remove interior wall coverings from walls and ceiling Paint interior dwelling and other work as defined by the statement of work for 3633 Patricks Point Drive, Space #2, Trinidad, California, 95570. Progress payments will be made after acceptance of work by the homeowner and the County, and signoff of permit items by building inspector as applicable. Ten percent (10%) will be withheld from each invoice. Final payment will be made to the contractor when a) the building inspector has accepted the work as evidenced by signing the building permit, and b) completion of items on the final punch list is approved by the homeowner. Thirty days after the County records a Notice of Completion signed by the homeowner, the ten percent retention will be paid to the contractor. The County reserves the right to do any of the following: 1. Cancel the RFQ process at any time 2. Amend or modify the Scope of Work prior to the submission of proposals as necessity may dictate
