Project Scope: City Offices, Police Department Facilities, Community Room and Supporting Infrastructure Project Funds: $3,061,309.00 The City of Cammack Village invites proposals from qualified, licensed construction management firms to oversee the construction of a new city administration building in alignment with the following approved project description: "Construction of a new city administration building located at 2710 N. McKinley Street, which will contain city offices, offices and amenities for the police department, a sally port, holding area and a police interview room, and any necessary parking, utility improvements, equipment and furnishings therefor. " The City places a high priority on community involvement throughout the design and development of this project. Scope of Services 1. Collaboration with the project architect, city officials, and key stakeholders throughout the construction phase. 2. Supervision of all construction activities, including coordination with subcontractors and regular progress updates to the City. 3. Ensuring compliance with Arkansas Code, specifically Ark. Code Ann. 14-58-1001, and other municipal regulations. 4. Project scheduling, risk management, and quality assurance measures to ensure adherence to high standards. 5. Financial oversight, managing and tracking project expenses to ensure alignment with the bond-funded budget.
