The City of Cammack Village is seeking the services of a qualified vendor for the site preparation and installation of ADA-compliant playground surface materials for Baker Park, Cammack Village, AR. The purpose of this request for proposal is to state the terms and conditions for the site preparation and installation of ADA-compliant playground surfaces for the City at 3012 North Audubon Road (Baker Park), Cammack Village, AR 72207. Services to be Performed. Vendor will perform the site preparation and installation of ADA-compliant playground sur-face materials. Term of Contract. Vendor will begin as soon as possible follow-ing award and must be completed as soon as possible within the 2025 fiscal year. The installation work and materials are to be guaranteed for an extended pe-riod to be defined by the vendor. Materials and Supplies. Ven-dor will furnish all materials and labor necessary to perform the site preparation and installation of ADA-compliant playground sur-face materials, upgraded play-ground curbing/timbers and appropriate transitional materials to meet ADA standards within the site. Provide specification infor-mation, options and guarantees for specified products. Total Cost: The total cost of the project must not exceed $100,000, inclusive of all labor materials, fees and costs. This bid shall be awarded, on an all or none basis, to the most qualified bidder who meets all specified requirements, and who has the absolute capability to pro-vide the required services. Responses to this bid solicita-tion will be used to determine if the vendor has the appropriate experience, licensures, and qual-ifications to be considered for the project. The vendor shall provide Com-prehensive General Liability Insur-ance written on an occurrence basis including but not limited to coverage for bodily injury and property damage, personal & ad-vertising injury, public liability, products& completed operations, and contractual liability. The vendor shall provide Worker's Compensation Insurance in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas. All premiums and cost of said insurance shall be paid by the vendor.
