Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Monticello, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the construction of a 4,500-square-foot transportation facility; for site work for a transportation facility; and water / sewer project.
AIP NO.: 3-05-0042-026-2025 BIL NO.: 3-05-0042-027-2025 The Project consists of the construction of a 60' X 75' box hangarand associated electrical, waterand sewer infrastructure. Total Project 270 calendar days Goals for minority participation for each trade: 16.4% Goals for female participation ineach trade: 6.9% All Bidders shall make goodfaith efforts, as defined by Appendix A of 49 CFR Part 26, Regulations of the Office of the Secretary of Transportation, to subcontract a minimum of 9.4% of the dollarvalue of the prime contract tosmall business concerns ownedand controlled by socially andeconomically disadvantaged individuals DBE. Bids will be received for a single prime contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit pricebasis with alternate bid items asindicated in the Bid Form. Bids shall be accompanied by a bid security in accordance withthe Instructions to Bidders. Thesuccessful Bidder must furnish Performance and Payment Bonds in accordance with the Contract Documents. Bidders must be licensed toperform work within the state of Arkansas. The City Of monticello reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive irregularities in the Bids and bidding deemed to be in the best interests of the City Of monticello , and to reject nonconforming, nonresponsive, orconditional bids.
