Site work for a civil project in Monticello, Arkansas. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This is a Request for Statements of Qualifications (RFQ) to provide Engineering services for the Southeast Arkansas Regional Intermodal Authority which will construct a water well to connect to an existing 750,000-gallon water tank. The engineering will be funded under a grant award from the Arkansas Site Development program administered by the Arkansas Economic Development Commission (AEDC). The proposal receiving the highest total points in the proposal evaluation process will be offered the contract. SEARIFA will notify all unsuccessful offerors of the contract award once contract negotiations have been completed. The contract awarded will be a lump sum contract. A selection committee appointed by SEARIFA will conduct an evaluation of all proposals submitted in response to this RFQ. The proposal receiving the highest total points in the proposal evaluation process will be offered the contract.
