Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Monticello, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
The City of Monticello is accepting sealed bids for Metal Roof replacement, Shingled Roof Replacement, Gutter Replacement, Vinyl Siding Replacement, Sofit Replacement, Block and Building Leveling at Monticello Sports Complex, 1930 Hwy 278 W, Monticello, AR 71655. All vendors must be licensed and insured, and work must be guaranteed. The Project can be viewed by calling the Parks Department at 870-532-7029 or the Mayor's Office at 870-367-4400. Work will be inspected and approved before payment is made. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
