**As of June 27, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded in July 2025.** construction and installation of the proposed Benton Utilities I-30 Sewer Bore. The project consists of 230 LF ARDOTHighway Bore and Encasement(30"), 377 LF of Gravity Sewer Line, Five (5) Sewer Manholes,and other Related Improvements.Bids shall be on a unit price basis. All interestedparties are invited to attend. Pursuant to Ark. Code Ann. 22-9-203, the Owner encouragesall small, minority, and womenbusiness enterprises to submitbids for capital improvements. Encouragement is also given to allgeneral contractors that in theevent they subcontract portions oftheir work, consideration is given to the identified groups. Each Bid must be submitted onthe prescribed form and accompanied by a certified check or bid bond executed on the prescribedform, payable to Benton Utilities,in an amount not less than 5 percent of the amount bid. The bidproposal and work of the proposed contract shall be in accordance with all applicable federal, state, county, and local laws, ordinances, and regulations. The attention of the bidder isdirected to the applicable federaland state requirements and conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage ratesto be paid under this contract. Any bid may be rejected which contains material omissions, or irregulates, or in which any of theunit prices are obviously unbalanced in the opinion of the Owner. Also, a bid may be rejected if it inany manner shall fail to conformto the conditions of the bidding requirements and contract documents.
