Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Saint Augustine Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The proposed project is to remove the existing beach access ramp and construct a new post-supported ADA-compliant beach access ramp with 180 degree switchbacks. There will also be an expansion of the existing asphalt parking lot and installation of a concrete sidewalk connector between the parking lot and the beach access ramp. Bid Bond 5% Project Estimated Budget $847,550.00 St. Johns County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids/proposals, waive minor informalities, or award the bid/proposal which best serves the interests of St. Johns County.
