As of December 30, 2024 project was awarded to Advanced Metering Installations, LLC, HST Utility and Vanguard Utility Service awarded amount is $106,122.50. St. Johns County Utilities (SJCUD) invites interested and qualified vendors to submit cost proposals for a meter installation and replacement program to replace water meters and endpoints for both potable and reuse meters, provide line inspection audit as needed and install new reuse water meters and service line re-piping. This entails the vendor being responsible to replace the water meters and meter smart points, inspect both incoming and outgoing lines as needed, and install reuse meters and re-pipe as necessary. The Utility reserves the right to issue contracts to multiple vendors based on pricing per area of work (North Beach, Twin Creeks and individual line audits). The intent is to issue a multi-year contract for replacement of existing water meters annually and the service line audit survey. St. Johns County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids/proposals, waive minor informalities, or award the bid/proposal which best serves the interests of St. Johns County.
