The SJCSD Office of Facilities and Construction hereby announces that professional services are required for Construction Management Continuing Services. The Owner reserves the right to select one or more firms to perform the work. The firm(s) selected under a continuing contract will be responsible for assigned projects each having an estimated construction cost not to exceed $7,500,000. Total estimated construction contract value of all project work awarded is forecasted at $77,150,000 over a 5-year contract period (not guaranteed). The projects may be multi-year funded and are subject to availability of funds as authorized by the Owner. The selected firm(s) shall be required to execute the St. Johns County School Board standard form of agreement. This will be a multiple award contract for an initial period of one year with an option to renew for four additional one-year periods. The St. Johns County School District appreciates the effort and interest by all interested firms in responding to this solicitation. The St. Johns County School Board reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities and minor irregularities, and to request resubmission or additional information which is considered to be in the best interest of the School District.
