The Project includes the following Work: Additions and renovations at the existing entrance to provide a new mantrap vestibule with a visitor entrance into the administrative offices. Work includes steel structure with metal roof deck and a concrete slab-on-grade, aluminum storefront windows and doors and associated hardware, acoustic ceiling tile system, transaction drawer, minor interior upgrades and painting, floor finish and base, metal soffit and fascia systems, and EPDM roof with tapered insulation. MEP to include tie-in to existing ductwork, miscellaneous electrical upgrades, infrastructure for access controls and communication system and rainwater conductor piping. The Work will be substantially completed within 180 calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run and completed and ready for final payment within 30 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run.
