Demolition, site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in New Martinsville, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the demolition of a playground / park / athletic field; for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and swimming pool.
The Work Includes Demolition and Removal of the Bruce Pool, Except for the Front Entry Structure Which Will Be Preserved, and Preparation of the Site and Structure for Future Use or Improvements. A New Electrical Service Will Be Installed at the Bruce Park Mini-golf Building. Contract C1 - Site Preparation Each Bid Must Be Accompanied by Either a Bid Bond in an Amount of 100% of the Bid Amount or by Certified Check or Cashier's Check in the Amount of Not Less Than 5% of the Bid Amount. The Successful Bidder Will Be Required to Provide a Performance and Payment Bond for 100% of the Contract Price. The Owner Reserves the Right to Waive Irregularities and to Reject Any and All Bids. The City of New Martinsville is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
