Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Casper, Wyoming. Design plans call for the renovation of a museum; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of November 11, 2025, this project is in the design phase. A contractor has been selected to handle the design and construction of this project. Construction is expected to last from March through July of 2026. **Per Addendum 1 the submittal date has been extended from 01/10/25 to 02/21/25** The Design-Build Contractor (DBC) shall perform the work of this Request for Proposal (RFP) as described below. The project consists of the following services related to the Fort Caspar Building Rehab Project, located at 4001 Fort Caspar Road. Initial rehabilitation work applies to the Blacksmith Shop and Officer's Quarters/Stable. - Installing new footers and foundation walls. - Replacing logs. - Repairing/replacing chinking. - Drainage and grading improvements around buildings. The work includes design and construction for the City of Casper (City).
