Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Casper, Wyoming. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.

Proposals are being requested from qualified engineering consultants to furnish design and construction administration services for the Washington Park Phase 2 Project. The projects goal is to develop new Tennis courts to the South of the Washington Park Restrooms located at 945 E 8th St. Casper Wyoming, 82601. The work includes the design and construction administration services for grading, stormwater work, and tennis court construction, all in accordance with current industry standards. The total project budget is partially funded by the Land and Water Conservation Fund Grant (LWCF) grant number 56-00965 CFDA #15.916 and is subject to all terms and conditions set forward by the Grant. LWCF Misc. Certs and Clauses are required as part of this proposal. The Scope of Services shall, at a minimum, include the following: A. Design Phase. 1. The Consultant shall meet with City representatives to discuss proposed project configuration and layout. 2. The Consultant shall conduct field surveys to collect topographic data, existing utilities, and surface elevations for the purpose of establishing an appropriate grade needed to provide positive drainage for the surrounding area and the tennis courts, all to meet required industry standards. 3. The Consultant shall prepare plan sheets that have been approved and signed by a licensed Professional Engineer registered in the State of Wyoming. The City reserves the right to change submission date(s) for any reason, including an Addendum or Supplement to the RFP.
