Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Casper, Wyoming. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Proposals are being requested from qualified electrical consultants to furnish design and construction administration services for the Shining the Light on Safety Project. The project consists of replacing existing pedestrian-level lighting, adding additional lighting, and installing pedestrian crossing signals along the Rails to Trails non-motorized pathway in downtown Casper to increase pedestrian visibility and safety. The project also includes ADA and sidewalk improvements. The total project budget is partially funded by a Safe Streets and Roads for All Grant (SS4A), through the United States Department of Transportation's (USDOT) Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and is subject to additional terms and conditions set forward by the Grant. The Consultant shall submit one (1) digital PDF copy of the non-priced technical proposal via email to acolling@casperwy.gov. The City of Casper reserves the right to contact any reference or any client listed in the documents for information which may be helpful to the City in evaluating the Consultant's performance on previous assignments. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
